Happy This Week

I have been wrapped up in all things Christmas this week, of course! Pictures to come soon. I’ve been busy setting up all the electronics in our house, changing Olivia’s DVD every hour so she can watch all her new movies with her new pals all while trying to read a book, relax and pass level 382 on candy crush, damnit!

See when I said “wrapped” up in Christmas? Matthew is now discovering all of these nuances and will look at us, point like a used car salesman and say “oh! I see what ya did there!” It is hilarious.

We had a wonderful Christmas, of course! Santa was good to everyone…as were the grandparents who spoil my kids rotten!

I’ve consumed more junk in the last week than I do in an entire year! I ate chips and dip for lunch yesterday and just kept repeating to anyone who could hear me “Don’t judge me!”

Sleeping in is the best thing on earth when you normally hit the ground running at 4:45 a.m. And don’t stop again until at least 10 p.m. Hello? It’s 8:53 and I’m drinking coffee, not showered, writing this. Heaven!

And this simple coffee mug might be my favorite gift of all. Except for the new bras from my Mom which make me look and feel like I got a boob job. Thanks, Mom! Victoria’s Secret to the rescue!
