Pinterest Deliciousness

Here are some yummy dishes I’ve made from Pinterest:

This delicious beef stew was made in the crockpot. And, of course, I used wine! The kids had never had dumplings before and really enjoyed them. (Except for Mr. McPicky. Duh. He had a banana and a bowl of cereal. Hello? It is brown and has onions in it!)

This was advertised as Best Pork Ever and it really was. Everyone liked it, even Matthew!

This chicken was good…but the roasted red pepper sauce is divine! We’ve been eating it all week on grilled chicken, grilled pork chops and even veggies.

These garlic roll cupcakes were very easy to make and pretty good. We hardly ever have bread with dinner so the kids were excited!

I made this pumpkin pie for my BFF’s birthday last week. It is seriously the best pumpkin pie recipe! I also made this apple pie recipe a few weeks ago for Matt. It’s the best one I’ve ever made! The brown butter makes all the difference. I always use PW’s butter pie crust recipe…it’s heavenly!

I make this granola every week except I use half flax seeds (soaked overnight in water) and half oats. This time I used natural peanut butter in place of some of the honey. It turned out great…so delicious! I also added sunflower and pumpkin seeds.

I made a triple batch of these pumpkin muffins this weekend for the kids’ breakfast and/or lunches. They love them, they’re healthy (I make the healthy version) and you only use one bowl! I added dark chocolate chips this time. YUM!

Have you made anything delicious lately?

  1. I got a yummy, super easy pulled pork recipe off of Pinterest. It cooks in the crock pot all day and truly takes me less than 5 minutes to prepare in the morning before I go to work. I also have the best cinnamon roll recipes from Pinterest – though I don’t have the time to make those as often. I’m gonna have to check out your granola recipe. My guys (and Jane) love homemade granola! It’s so fun to add different things and keep it exciting!!!

  2. My mouth is literally watering over that stew. Mmmm!
