I still love and use Pinterest. Do you? Here are some of my favorite finds lately…
This is the new hairstyle I’m going for. I have a little growing out to do. Isn’t it cute? (Sorry, it wouldn’t let me save the picture.) I wanted something a little more funky!
I made these sweet lemon drumsticks for dinner the other night and they were a hit! My Mom, Matt and the kids all liked them. I used skinless chicken thighs instead of drumsticks. I’m always in search of new yummy and easy chicken recipes. We had these Amish noodles alongside it (my Mom loves noodles) and they were really good too. I used regular egg noddles; next time I would make sure to get Amish noodles.
On a different night, I made pork chops on the grill and made this avocado cream sauce. It was heavenly! I added half of a guacamole seasoning packet to it for an extra zing. I could eat it on everything.
I actually went and read these life hacks and these tips and learned some new things!
Halloween is just around the corner and I want to do these in all of our front windows. We’ll see if I have time! I’ve also been pinning costume ideas because teachers dress up for Halloween at my school. Fun!
I’m ready to decorate my porch for fall and loved these ideas from Six Sisters. I also can’t wait to start making pumpkin and apple everything! This collection looked particularly good.
This made me laugh out loud. I don’t know if I could actually say it but it sure would be funny!
And this:
One day she realized that unexpected things were always going to happen in life. And with that she realized the only thing she could control was how she chose to handle them. So she made the decision to survive using humor, courage and grace. She was the Queen of her own life and the choice was hers.
