We had a fun friend Christmas party last weekend. We had food and wine and a white elephant gift exchange. So fun! There is nothing better than time with friends.
I am really enjoying all of the Christmas cards in the mail and through email.
We completed redid the teacher’s lounge at my kids’ school last weekend. It was a TON of work but their reaction on Monday morning made it all worthwhile. We painted, we decorated, we bought furniture and microwaves…it was amazing.
I had my last day of work on Wednesday until January 2nd! Woo hoo!!! The kids and Matt are off until the 7th. I am really looking forward to lots of relaxing family time.
We went to my Dad’s extended family Christmas last Sunday at my beloved aunt’s house. It is always so nice to see all of my aunts, uncles and cousins. It’s a ton of people! The kids love it because Santa comes!!
I made cinnamon rolls and tons of cookies this week. Baking (and eating) makes me happy!
