It seems like just the other day we were packing up the backpacks with new folders and pencils and crayons and posing for pictures while we waited for the bus. It’s hard to believe that the last day of school has passed and it is officially summer. I am now the mother of two 5th graders and a 1st grader…when did that happen? One more year of elementary school for the oldest two and then they’re on to junior high. Even though it’s sometimes difficult to see the time pass so quickly, I sure do enjoy watching them grow up.
Now it’s time for lazy days at the pool, fun at camp, family vacations, lots of reading and relaxing, baseball and as much family fun time we can pack in. I’m so excited summer is here!!!
What are you most looking forward to this summer?
Your photos from last year inspired me to do this for Mackenzie this year and she loved it!
I love this tradition… I will definitely copy it when baby is school-age!
congrats to all three kids (and mama, too) for getting through the year š
I hope you all have a fabulously, fun summer.
I am looking forward to stepping back a bit from the routine and the rules and just playing. I am working on saying “yes” more and the summer makes that a lot easier.

I know you don’t like it when people fawn over the chalk thing because as you’ve said before, it only comes out on special occasions, but I still think you’re the coolest mom ever for doing it!!!
You make things so special for your kids, Tiffany. I love that about you, and I’m sure these will be the moments they will never forget.
I love your end of the school year pictures! I look forward to them every year. It’s so special for your kids. Happy summer!
I hope you are having a fabulous summer. I look forward to summer mornings when we aren’t rushing out the door to get to school.
