I’m going to talk about Christmas cards today.
*thud*
That’s me falling on the floor. We just got done with Halloween for goodness sakes, why are we talking about Christmas already? Because if I’m going to get Christmas cards out this year, I need to get started NOW! I use Shutterfly for all of my photo needs; I really do. Their photobooks are the best. I always love the way they turn out and they’re super easy to make. They contacted me again this year to do a post about their Christmas cards and other products and, in return, I get 50 free Christmas cards and get to give away 25 free Christmas cards to 3 of my readers! Cool, right? Cool enough to forgive me for talking about Christmas so early? I hope so! I’m getting photo Christmas cards with my free gift code!
I’m planning on using pictures from our annual Botanical Gardens session. I love the one that I use for my header and will probably use that one. It’s always hard to decide which one(s) to use! Here are some of my favorite cards:
Which one do you like the best? I can’t decide!
To enter the giveaway, just leave me a comment!
Fa la la la la, la la la la!!
My cards are ready to order, I just need a code……… 😉
they are all great! did you take all those pictures?!?! i can never get a good picture of both my kids for the christmas card. one of them is either not looking or smiling or cooperating. but then again, that’s life, right? 😉
I love this giveaway!!! :o) I love Shutterfly. I just ordered family pictures from them and would LOVE to make my Christmas cards from them this year! :o)
Would love to try shutterfly!
I always hoard one picture from the year that I haven’t shown to anyone and use it for our Christmas card. I used to stress out about getting pictures taken at Christmas time and it got to overwhelming.
I love your botanical pics. They truely show your kiddos personalities! And always, I love reading your blog, even though it always makes me cry! 🙂
love the layouts shutterfly has this year!!
What would be the best would be Shutterfly cards PLUS one of the pictures you are taking of my family 😉 just sayin’… 😀 I love Shutterfly! I’ve been a long time customer of all my prints and gifts. They have great magnets and mugs too! They ship SUPER fast (or you can even pick them up from Target).
I already have my card made up!…..on Shutterfly! Just waiting for the BEST deal to present itself! I think I found it 🙂
I can’t believe it’s Christmas time again! You always take the best pictures of your kids at the Botanical Gardens! You are getting really good at taking pictures- I still haven’t had time to read the manual for my camera and if a picture turns out good- it’s just because I got lucky on that shot 🙂
I love shutterfly too! My family always loves getting photos of my girls…and what better way than a christmas card. Half of them hang the card on their fridge year round.
Shutterfly looks great…. I hadn’t tried them out yet, but I definitely will now!
Already thinking about the same thing…YIKES!!!!
Just wondering how I can get a shot of the boys climbing down the chimney dressed likee elves… 🙂
I like the 3rd option!
Oops! I wasnt’ supposed to be anonymous! You cant give me free shit if I’m anonymous!
I like the 3rd option!
I love there stuff too…they also have really good sales often.
I made my mom and my mother in law photo books for mother’s day and always order my Christmas cards from Shutterfly…Love them! The second one down is my favorite. I can’t believe that we are getting ready for Christmas now!
I’m an early Christmas person…
there may or may not be a Mistletoe Yankee Candle burning right now
You read my mind: I was just thinking about our holiday photo card (and by thinking, I mean stressing: how in the world am I going to get a good picture of all three of my kids at once?!). I am also a big fan of Shutterfly and always check out what they have to offer at this time of year. I like the the Top Ten list: a fun spin on the annual holiday letter idea.
Thanks for the inspiration!
so the one year we tried shutterfly it took 2 returns and the 3rd set of cards was still wrong but by then it was too late to send them back again 😦
I love all of those cards and I love shutterfly!!! I hope I win!!!
The top 10 card. We received this from friends several years ago. It is a great keepsake too..remembering all of the highlights of the year.
i have actually been working on my Christmas cards this week! usuing shutterfly as usual. i just love their layouts and they had a card with 9 photo slots so i can overwhelm my friends and family with a ton of pics of the kids 😉
My favorite is the second card, the one featuring the Wellington family. I love the clean, simple but yet detailed organization — it’s a little bit of a Brady Bunch layout, but in a modern way.
I loooooooooooooooooooooove shutterfly. That is what we used to do Ekemona’s birth announcements. PLEASE, OH PUH-LEEEEEEEAAAAAAASE pick me!!! Pretty pretty please with pretty sparkling sprinkles on top and homemade whipped cream!!! I want to do Christmas cards so badly!! And for the record I love all of them, I don’t even know how to choose… it might actually even be a burden to have to choose which one I would want!!
Wow! This is a good reminder to me to get that metaphorical ball rolling.

I love the Happy 2011 Holidays card. I’d go with that one.
