3rd Annual Olivia’s Open

Every year we host a charity golf outing in Olivia’s honor to raise money and awareness for 5p-/Cri du Chat Syndrome. This year our outing is Sunday, August 14th at 1 p.m. at Bedford Hills Golf Club. The event is coming right along but I could still use your help.

If you live in the area (NW Ohio/SE Michigan), we need golfers. I was hoping for 75 and as of today I have 46. The local news is doing a story on us next week so I’m hoping that brings in some more. But if you can golf, or know of someone who may be interested, that would definitely help us reach our goal of 75. We also have mini-golf during the outing (1-5) for $5. Bring your family and golf too!!

I have quite a few silent auction items but could still use some “manly” items! If you would be interested in donating an item for the auction, that would be appreciated as well. If you are interested in bidding on any of the items, but can’t attend the outing, please message me with your bid and info!

Lastly, I am in need of 3 more hole sponsors. It is $250 to sponsor a hole. You get your name (or business name) on the hole, info on my Olivia’s Open website and we pass out a flyer with all of the sponsor’s info to everyone who comes.

Our goal is to raise $10,000 in order to buy Olivia a wheelchair/stroller hybrid and donate the rest to the 5p- society of the U.S. We are also hoping to raise awareness of our little girl’s rare genetic syndrome. The money raised goes to helping families like us!!
