Still Dabbling

A while back, I posted how I was dabbling in photography. I started doing it because I loved it.

I’m still dabbling.

Every time someone asks me to take their pictures, I’m so excited I can barely wait for the day to get here. I spend the days leading up to it thinking of where we’ll take the pictures, poses we can do, non-posing situations I can set up…everything! During the shoot, I seriously enjoy myself. The time just flies and I love it. Then, when I get home, I can barely wait to sit down and start editing. It’s so much fun for me.

Isn’t it amazing how when you find something you love to do, it’s not a chore at all? Just look at the little cuties that I got to photograph this weekend!

I mean, how sweet are they? It was so much fun. I just love doing it. Even if I’m not the greatest out there, I’m doing it because I love it. That’s what matters!

Finally, look at the surprise that Matt and the kids sent to my email this past Saturday.

A wide-angle lens! I’m so excited, I can’t wait for it to get here so I can play. It’s an early Mother’s Day present. It’s so nice having a hubby who knows exactly what I like!

I feel really lucky to have found something that I love to do that’s fun for me!

  1. Seriously… you are very talented!!! Please do this more!! Brittany is too like this. She is so talented and got her masters in photography but doesn’t do it all that often. You two should totally get paid because you guys are that good!

  2. Can’t wait to see what you do with your new lens. These are great pics Tiffany!

  3. And I enjoy watching you dabble in it. 🙂 Photography is so addicting isn’t it?

  4. These are truly beautiful and you are incredibly talented!

  5. You are so right! Doing something completely for you will revive you! Glad you found an escape! (And one you’re darned good at, might I add! You need to live closer!)
